- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have rented summer houses on the island for the past thirteen years. This summer we rented from Beach Realty. Our experience was horrible. The house was disgustingly dirty, furniture torn, window and door latches broken and worst of all was a terrible odor in the kitchen. We called the realtor to inform them on move in day and they were too busy to assist us. We had no choice but to catch the last boat back to the mainland. They have REFUSED to refund our money and we are left with no recourse but to pursue small claims court. I would never recommend this realtor.By Anne Heffron, July 20, 2017
